All sales are final.Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged at miabymassiel@gmail.com .

Not held responsible for missing shipments. Please contact your local carrier for help with your shipment. Once your shipment leaves our site, we have no control over the package.
